The following Postal Vote application forms may be requested from Register of Electors Section, Sligo County Council, County Hall, Riverside Sligo by telephoning  071 911 1115 or by emailing registerofelectors@sligococo.ie 

PV1 – Application for postal vote for members of the Defence Forces

PV3 – Application for postal vote for Civil Servant serving as a member of a diplomatic mission outside the state

PV5 – Application for postal vote for members of the Garda Síochána

PV6 – Application for postal vote by registered voters detained in prison
