Proposed Temporary Road Closure – Scotsman’s Walk

Notice is hereby given of the intention of Sligo County Council to close Scotsman’s Walk (L-90102-0) from its junction with the R291 Rosses Point Road as far as its junction with the N15.

This proposed road closure is intended to apply between the hours of 07:00 on Monday, 22nd August through to 19:00 on Monday 24th October 2022.

Alternative diversion routes will be in place via the R291 Rosses Point Road via its junction with the N15 and also via the L-7310 Ballinvoher Road.

This proposed temporary road closure is necessary to facilitate roadworks which form part of the Rosses Point Sewerage Scheme.

Objections may be made in writing to Ms. Emer Concannon, Acting Director of Services, Sligo County Council, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo before 17:00 on Wednesday, 3rd August, 2022 (excluding Monday, 1st August, 2022).
