The Streets of Sligo 5k takes place on Saturday 4th August. Members of the public are requested to note that there will be no no vehicular access to the town centre between 6.55pm and 7.30pm.

- Junction of Inner Relief Road and Ted Nealon Road
- Junction of Inner Relief Road and Lord Edward Street
- Junction of Inner Relief Road and Lynns Place
- Junction of Inner Relief Road and Queens Store Road
- Teeling Street
- High Street
- Harmony Hill
- Riverside / Abbey Street Lower
Parking is available at the following locations:
- Connaughton Road Car Park - access via Markievicz Road, Holborn Hill, Connaughton Road.
- Abbey Street Car park – access via Pearse Road, Chapel Street and Cranmore Road.
- Adelaide Street Car park (No access after 6.45pm) – access via Temple Street until 6.45pm.
There will be delays exiting Wine Street, Adelaide Street and Stephen Street car parks after 6.55pm.
