Sligo County Council would like to remind people that bathing is prohibited at Strandhill beach due to the hazardous conditions present.
Prohibition on Bathing at Strandhill Beach
Lifeguards will patrol the Enniscrone and Rosses Point beaches at weekends in June, and all week during July and August.
Lifeguard cover will be provided at weekends in Streedagh and Dunmoran.
