Notice of Intention to make Bye-Laws in Relation to Parking Places and Car Parks incorporating Bus & Coach Park Bye-Laws

Sligo County Council proposes to commence the procedure for revising the Car Parks Bye-Laws 2015 and Parking Places Bye-Laws 2015.

The Draft Parking Places Bye Laws 2018 and Draft Car Park Bye-Laws 2018 (incorporating Draft Bus & Coach Park Bye-Laws 2018) include a number of changes to the existing bye-laws.

A copy of the Draft Parking Bye-Laws 2018 will be available for public inspection free of charge at the offices of Sligo County Council, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo during the period commencing on Thursday the 24^th of May 2018 to Monday the 25^th of June 2018.

Sligo County Council will consider any submissions made in writing by any person in relation to the Draft Parking Bye-Laws 2018 which are received by Marie Whelan, Head of Finance, Sligo County Council, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo not later than Monday the 9^th of July 2018.
