Sligo County Council is delighted to confirm that a Contract for the construction of 30 new homes at Geldof Drive and Benson Court Cranmore was signed recently in County Hall, Riverside.

The contract has been awarded to Coolsivna Construction Ltd.
The new development at Geldof Drive consists of 6 no. 2 Bed-4 person units and 8 No. 1 bed-2 person units and the development at Benson Court consists of 8 No. 2 bed-4 person units and 8 No.1 Bed 2-person units including all associated site landscaping, site works and services.
The development was designed by Sligo County Council Housing Capital Section in conjunction with Architects, Reddy Architecture & Urbanism. Construction works have commenced on site and the new homes are expected to be delivered in Q1 2026.
The development is funded by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, under the Housing for All Programme, delivered by Sligo County Council’s Housing Capital Section.
