Sligo County Council is delighted to confirm that the Contract for the Cranmore Regeneration Project, Phase 3 - Building & Environmental Upgrade Works has been awarded to Kilcawley Construction.

It is planned for the work to be carried out in 5 stages, with a duration of approximately 24 months.
This project represents the final phase of the deep retrofit, energy works to upgrade residents’ homes in Cranmore. On completion of the project, residents’ homes will achieve an ‘A Building Energy Rating - BER’.
