Effective Stress Management:

A talk on Effective Stress Management by Geraldine Gilroy, Counsellor in IT Sligo. 

 

Mindful Breathing Exercise:

Mindful Breathing Exercise is approximately 5 minutes of a breathing space to help focus on the present moment.

You will need to be sitting comfortably in a quiet , uninterrupted space to begin.  You can use this exercise to soothe yourself any time that you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed.
