On 13 July 2015, having considered the Draft Tobercurry Local Area Plan (LAP) and the First Chief Executive’s Report on the written submissions received, the members of the Ballymote-Tobercurry Municipal District resolved to propose amendments to the Draft LAP.

If made, the proposed amendments would be a material alteration of the Draft LAP. Therefore, the proposed amendments of the Draft Plan will be placed on public display for a period of 4 weeks beginning on Monday, 31^st August 2015.

The Proposed Amendments and associated Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Directive screening documents may be inspected from 31 August to 28 September 2015 at the following locations:

Teach Laighne, Tobercurry
Planning Office, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo

Hard copies of the Proposed Amendments and associated documents may be purchased during the same period at the Planning Office in the City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo.

Your views on the proposed amendments only are invited. All submissions and observations should be made in writing (hard copy or e-mail), headed ‘Proposed Amendments to Draft Tobercurry LAP’ and sent to:
