Minutes of Special Meeting of Sligo-Drumcliff Municipal District to consider The Schedule of Municipal District Works 2022 held on Monday 21st March 2022 at 10 am in The Council Chamber, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo

The Cathaoirleach, Councillor Marie Casserly welcomed all present to the meeting.

 

SCHEDULE OF MUNICIPAL DISTRICT WORKS 2022 – INCLUDING DRAFT ROADS, TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAMME:

Following the meeting held on Monday 14th March 2022 to consider the Schedule of Municipal District Works 2022, in advance of which the report on the Draft Schedule of MD Works 2022 had been circulated to the members, and which had been discussed in detail at the 14thMarch meeting,

It was then:

Proposed by Councillor Marie Casserly
Seconded by Councillor Thomas Walsh

AND AGREED

“To note the Schedule of Municipal District Works 2022 – including Draft Roads, Transportation and Infrastructure Programme”.

 

AOB:

Councillor Healy had submitted a Notice of Motion to be considered at this meeting, as follows:

“To call on Sligo County Council to include the Municipal areas of Sligo/Drumcliffe and Ballymote/Tubbercurry in the Street Cleaning Programme.”

The Cathaoirleach, Councillor Casserly advised that it would be more appropriate to list this motion for the April Ordinary Meeting of Sligo County Council, to allow time for a report to issue on the motion. 

This was agreed.
