AND AGREED

“That the Ordinary Meeting of Sligo County Council on January 13th be adjourned as a mark of respect to late Anne Mulvey, until Monday 27th January at 11am.”

The members paid tribute to Mrs Mulvey’s work in the community through the years and asked to be associated with the Vote of Sympathy to her family, sons Councillor Dara Mulvey, John and Tadhg and daughter Marie.

On his own behalf and on behalf of the staff the County Manager, Mr Hayes offered condolences to the Mulvey family.

“That a vote of sympathy be extended to Mary Lee and family on the death of her husband, Owen Lee.”

“That a vote of sympathy be extended to Minne O’Donnell on the death of her husband, Tommy O’Donnell.”

“That a vote of sympathy be extended to Bart Brennan on the death of his sister, Maureen Keeling.”

“That a vote of sympathy be extended to Mary Brett on the death of her mother, Tessie Dodd.”

“That a vote of sympathy be extended to Chris Davey on the death of his brother, Nathy Davey.”

“That a vote of sympathy be extended to John Dodd on the death of his mother, Tessie Dodd.”

“That a vote of sympathy be extended to Christina Collery on the death of her husband, Brendan Collery.”

“That a vote of sympathy be extended to Carmel Haran on the death of her mother, Margaret Davey.”

The members agreed to adjourn the meeting until 11.00am on Monday 27th January, 2014.
