- To approve in accordance with Section 128C of the Local government Act 2001 the revised membership of the Sligo Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) (report attached).
- To approve the Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) Annual Report 2020 (report attached).
- To approve in accordance with Section 183 of the Local Government Act 2001, the disposal of 5 Cairns View, Pearse Road, Sligo to Ms. Lucy Brennan (report previously circulated).
- To proceed with the proposed development:
Demolition of 2 no. bungalow units and construction of 4 no. dwelling units in a 2 storey terrace comprising 2 no. 2-bed houses and 2 no. 1 bed apartments, and all associated site works including connection to existing services at the site of 1 and 2 Old People’s Homes, Green Road, Coolaney, in accordance with the Chief Executive’s Report and pursuant to Section 179(3) and 179(4) of Part XI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as Amended) (report attached). - To proceed with the proposed development to construct 15 dwellings consisting of 7 houses (1no. 4 bed, 4 no. 3 bed and 2 no. 2 bed) and 8 apartments (4 no. 1 bed and 4 no. 2 bed) and all associated site works at Connolly Park, Tobercurry, Co. Sligo in accordance with the Chief Executive’s Report and pursuant to Section 179(3) and 179(4) of Part XI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as Amended) (report attached).

“To ask Sligo County Council to report on what procedures are in place to either refund or pay to Irish Water the contribution made by members of the public as a condition of planning permission who paid to Sligo County Council a contribution towards expenditure that was or that is proposed to be incurred by Sligo County Council towards the provision of water facilities. This fee would have been paid at commencement of development work but the connection was never completed due to delays in finishing the dwelling.
And to ensure that no householder is asked to pay a second contribution to Irish Water when they have already paid for the provision of water facilities to Sligo County Council.” - To consider the following motion as submitted by Councillor T. Walsh:

“Acknowledging the positive step forward by the government in introducing the coercive control legislation, this Council seeks that further supports are provided for those who experience domestic violence and that formal recognition is given to those encountering parental alienation”. - To consider the following motion as submitted by Councillor D. “Noting the reply to Motion 34 November 2020 Ordinary Meeting of Sligo County Council (Submitted by Cllr Bree), can Sligo County Council issue an updated report on:- Design for proposed works by Langan Consulting Engineers
- Details of what works are proposed this design will be.
- Progress on procurement of funds to carry out the expected work.
- Progress on procurement of a contractor to carry out works.
- Expected date on which the Department could be asked to consider issuing licences to boats to carry fare paying passengers to Innishmurray
- Report on what inspections have been carried out to ensure the preservation and care of the delicate natural and heritage sites on the island.”

The Masterplan should be on statutory footing going on public display and to include public consultation. Areas like Dunmoran Strand, Aughris Head, Trawee Beach, Easkey Pier, Rathlee Enniscrone, Stranhill, Rosses Point, Mullaghmore Head, and other sites to be included by public consultation and elected Members. “Conscious of the fact that at its monthly meeting in July 2019, Sligo County Council unanimously adopted the following motion: “Noting that serious allegations of fraud have been made in relation to the distribution of postal votes in the Ballymote/Tubbercurry electoral area this Council calls on the Garda authorities to carry out a full and comprehensive investigation into the matter”; this meeting resolves to ask the Minister for Justice and the Garda Commissioner if the full and comprehensive investigation has been carried out by the Garda authorities and the outcome of same.” - To consider the following motion as submitted by Councillor D.
