- Details of compensation, if any, to this council for transfer of Sligo County Council assets.
- Possible pension liabilities which may accrue to Sligo County Council.
- Details of recoupment by Sligo County Council of all costs incurred under Service Level Agreement.
- An outline of any other potential financial risks which may fall on Sligo County Council.
- Details of future service to customers and councillors.
- Details of overall projected costs/losses to Sligo County Council from this transfer.
