To ask the Minster for Health to give a full explanation why St Angela’s College in Sligo has had such dramatic cuts in recruitment and training of nurses. Nationally student nurses places have been cut by 16.5%. However, St Angela’s College has been cut back by 31%. - To consider the following motion as submitted by Councillor P. McGrath
To call on Sligo County Council to improve the junction on the N17, turnoff for the R294 to Ballymote and to incorporate a separate lane for traffic turning right coming from the Tubbercurry direction. - To consider the following motion as submitted by Councillors S. Kilgannon and A. Higgins

Taking into consideration the fact that the Council imposes a planning condition on all housing developments that work shall not commence until adequate security (bonds) for the satisfactory completion of the development has been submitted to the Council and that security is only released when the development has been completed to the satisfaction of the Council, can Council members be advised as to the mechanism used by the Council to draw down bonds where a developer leaves a housing development unfinished." - To consider the following motion as submitted by Councillor M. To seek clarification on the issue of rights of way afforded to landowners who have contributed to the improvements of roads under local improvement schemes:
- their legal rights and obligations
- the legal right of any one such person to prevent others from using those roads
- can the Local Authority remove any obstacles placed on those roads, i.e. gates, boulders, etc.

That Sligo County Council express our deep abhorrence at the attacks by Israel on the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Further, this Council calls on the Irish government to demand from the Israeli authorities the immediate end of these vicious attacks and the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Palestinian lands as previously agreed in numerous UN resolutions.
In an effort to exert pressure on the Israeli authorities, this Council asks that our government initiate moves at EU level seeking a suspension of the European-Mediterranean Association Agreement which underpins preferential trade with Israel - To consider the following motion as submitted by Councillor D.
