“To ask the County Manager; for a report on the private housing grants for older people and people with a disability ie how many applications have been received? Is there a back log in applications? How many applications have not been approved funding? Length of time it takes to process applications?”. -

“To ask the Director of Services for Roads and Infrastructure to request a meeting with the N.R.A regarding N.59. The Council Officials and Local Government representatives should be in attendance”. -

"To request that extra signage (Written Form) be erected on the N17 at Achonry (Connacht Gold Co-Op) to highlight the two junctions Achonry & Mullinabreena also that yellow markings be placed on the road either side of the junctions and that a sign for Achonry N.S. be erected opposite the Achonry Junction” -

"Recognising that under legislation, information on the environment must be made available to the members of the general public, this Council expresses its concern at the failure of the Council executive to comply with the requirements of the European Communities (Access to Information on the Environment) Regulations 2007, and calls on the County Manager to take
immediate steps to ensure that the legislation is adhered to in future and further the Council calls on the County Manager to comply with the directive of the Commissioner for Environmental Information issued on the 26th May 2008." -
