"I propose that the Planning Officials of Sligo County Council do not ask applicants to locate houses, in areas that flood or low lying areas that have a risk of flooding. Sligo County
Council need to be mindful of this with increasing rainfall and the fact that Meath County Council is currently being sued by residents for granting planning permission in lands that
