    “That the Council be provided with report/s to date on the economic analyses of water use prepared in accordance with the requirements of the E.U. Water Framework Directive 2000 and Article 7 of Statutory Instrument No 722/2003 – European Communities (Water Policy) Regulations 2003, the information to include the costings etc, on which the 2007 increase in commercial water charges was based.”

    “To ask the County Manager to (1) provide the Council with copies of each and every written or oral agreement which the Authority has entered into with Trustees or representatives of the Castleconnor Group Water supply Scheme; (2) state whether the Authority has obtained the written consent of Trustees or representatives of the Castleconnor Group Scheme authorising the appointment of Veolia Water to meter farm connections on the scheme, issue farm users with bills for metering and water usage and to demand payment of charges; if not, specify the Act or statutory measure under which the Authority is empowered to involve Veolia in the Castleconnor scheme for the purposes as referred to at (2) above without the written consent of the Trustees, or representatives or owners of the scheme and who the beneficiaries of the payments being demanded by Veolia are; (3) list the payments which the Authority's Revenue Collector each year collected from water users in Castleconnor while the Authority was acting as collection agents for the scheme's trustees or representatives of the scheme, and if the Manager will make a statement with respect to the foregoing.”
