Minutes of Sligo Local Traveller Accommodation Consultative Committee (LTACC) Meeting on Tuesday 13th February at 11.00am

3. Matters Arising

  • The horse project concluded great programme.
  • CLS: still on housing list if get a loan. To consider submission to department over issue around scheme.
  • To consider modular homes on future site developments.

5. To Note reports on Capital projects

Noted, all sites progressing.

6. Update on progress for TAP 1st July 2019-30th June 2024

TAP target for 1st July 2023 -30th June 2024 is 17 and 8 have been achieved to date, 47% of this year’s target.

 

7. Fire Safety

Noted: Extinguishers still been misused.

 

8. TAP 2025-2029

Discussion took place around increased targets for the next TAP and number of Traveller children coming to marriage age in the lifetime of the TAP
