Fire Safety Certificates

From Monday the 13th of July 2020 the following applications should be made through the Building Control Management System (BCMS):

  • Fire Safety Certificate
  • Regularisation Certificate
  • Revised Fire Safety Certificate

A BCMS account is required to submit applications. Please logon to https://www.localgov.ie/en/bcms  and use the Sign Up option to register an account.
