Notice is hereby given that Sligo County Council has decided as a matter of urgency, to close to public traffic, the L3309-0 Old Rosses Point Road in the vicinity of the main pumping station to facilitate flow diversion to the new foul pumping station.  The road will be closed to all vehicular traffic from its junction of the L3311-0 Oyster Bay Road to its junction with the R291. 

Local access will be provided.

The alternative route for traffic will be via the L-3311-0, L-7313-0 and R291-60 and vice versa.

The period of closure will be from 8am on Monday 18^th September to 8am on Wednesday, 20^th September, 2023 inclusive.
