TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS
SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT, 1993
Part 8 Roads Regulations 1994 (SI No 119 of 1994)

Notice is hereby given of the intention of Sligo County Council to close to public traffic, the L-8017-0 at Sroove from its junction with the L-81071 and the L-8110 at Monasteraden.  This proposed road closure is necessary to facilitate the installation of a new water main and sewer connection.   The period of proposed closure is from 8am on Wednesday, 15^th January, 2025 up to and including 5pm on Friday, 17^th January, 2025.

Local Access to be Provided.

The alternative route for traffic will be via the L-81071 and the L41042 at Sroove.

Any person aggrieved by the proposed closure may lodge a written objection setting out the grounds therefor with the Acting Director of Services, Infrastructural Services Section, Sligo County Council, Riverside, Sligo not later than 4pm on Monday, 23^rd December, 2024.
