Proposed Temp Road Closure - L6309-36/ L2702-56 Crowragh

This proposed temporary road closure will be in force between 8am on Monday, 17th June, 2024 and 5pm on Monday, 1st July, 2024.

Notice is hereby given of the intention of Sligo County Council to close to public traffic, the L6309-36 from the entrance to Dunneill Windfarm to its junction with the L2702-56 at Crowagh.


This proposed temporary road closure will be in force between 8am on Monday, 17th June, 2024 and 5pm on Monday, 1st July, 2024 and is necessary to facilitate works at the Dunneill Windfarm.


Local Access will be maintained to residents and emergency vehicles will be accommodated at all times.


Alternative route for traffic will be via the L63080 at Doonbeakin and the L67050 at Churchill and onto the N59 in both directions.

Any persons aggrieved by the proposed closure may lodge a written objection setting out the grounds therefor with Ms. Emer Concannon, A/Director of Services, Infrastructural Services Section, Sligo County Council, Riverside, Sligo and received not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 28th May, 2024.
