Notice is hereby given of the intention of Sligo County Council to close Hazelwood Avenue (L-7430-0) to all vehicular traffic, from its junction with R286, which includes the two adjoining cul-de-sac roads L-74301-0 and L-74302-0, from 9.00am to 4.00pm on Sunday 11^th September 2022.

This proposed road closure is necessary to facilitate the holding of the 2022 Sligo Triathlon Event.

Local access for Hazelwood Avenue residents will be maintained where possible on the day of the event.

Objections/submissions may be made in writing to Ms. Emer Concannon, Acting Director of Services, Sligo County Council, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo before 5pm on Tuesday, 23^rd August, 2022.
