Sligo County Council has made Bye-Laws in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 101 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 as amended by Section 6 of the Road Traffic Act, 1968 and Section 49 of the Road Traffic Act,1994 and pursuant to Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 as amended by Section 12 of the Roads Act, for the control and regulation of the parking of vehicles in parking places on public roads within the villages of Rosses Point, Mullaghmore and Strandhill.

These Bye Laws will come into effect on the 24^th June, 2021.
