FORM OF NOTICE OF THE CONFIRMATION BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY OF A Compulsory Purchase Order UNDER SECTION 76 OF AND THE THIRD SCHEDULE TO THE HOUSING ACT 1966 AS EXTENDED BY SECTION 10 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (NO. 2) ACT 1960 (AS SUBSTITUTED BY SECTION 86 OF THE HOUSING ACT 1966 ) AND AMENDED AND EXTENDED BY SECTION 6 AND THE SECOND SCHEDULE TO THE ROADS ACT 1993 AND AMENDED BY THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACTS 2000 TO 2018 AND UNDER SECTION 217 OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 (AS AMENDED), THE HOUSING ACTS 1966 TO 2017, THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACTS 1925 TO 2016 AND THE ROADS ACTS 1993 (AS AMENDED), AS RESPECT ALL OF THE LAND TO WHICH THE COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER RELATES TO BE PUBLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 78(1) OF THE HOUSING ACT 1966 AS AMENDED BY THE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACTS 2000-2018
COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF LAND
SLIGO COUNTY COUNCIL COMPULSORY PURCHASE
ORDER 2020 (NO. 1)
MCR (Mail Coach Road) to Burton Street Link Road
SLIGO COUNTY COUNCIL has, on the 25th February 2021, made a confirmation order confirming the above-named Compulsory Purchase Order as respect the land described in the Schedule thereto. The said Order, as so confirmed, authorises Sligo County Council to acquire the said land compulsory. It will become operative 3 weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
A copy of the Order as so confirmed and of the maps referred to therein may be inspected at the offices of:
Sligo County Council, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo, F91 Y763;
between the hours of 9.30am to 1.00pm and 1.30pm to 3.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays (bank holidays excluded)

An application for Judicial Review of the decision to confirm the Compulsory Purchase Order, under Order 84 of the Rules of the Superior Courts (S.I. No. 15 of 1986) may be made to the High Court within eight weeks of the date of publication of this notice in accordance with Section 50 of the Planning & Development Act, 2000, as substituted and amended.
