NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROPOSE A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT PART Ill OF THE GAMING AND LOTTERIES ACT 1956 IN RESPECT OF PART OF THE BOROUGH DISTRICT OF SLIGO
TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting of the Borough District of Sligo to be held on 19th July 2021, it is the intention to propose a resolution adopting Part Ill of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956 in respect of the Shore Road, Strandhill, and Ted Nealon Road, Sligo.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that anyone wishing to make a submission on the matter for consideration by the Municipal District members must do so in writing by email or post addressed to the undersigned on or before the Friday 2nd July 2021. Any such submissions received within said period will be acknowledged.
