The Sport Ireland Campus is currently closed but Fitness Manager Graham Byrne will be posting "at home workouts" on their social media channels to help you stay active from home
Hockey Ireland - Skills
Bored at home? Why not grab your hockey stick and practice some skills with the Hockey Ireland #HockeySkillsChallenge. A new skill will be shared each day and you are encourged to share your video with them.

Special Olympics Ireland - #FitnessFromHome
Special Olympics Ireland have a series of inclusive exercises for their athletes that focus on endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. Everyone in the family is encouraged to take part in the daily challenges and if you missed any you can catch up on them all on their Facebook and Instagram pages.
The Special Olympics Ireland Together at Home programme is a weekly schedule of activities and workouts designed to support athletes at home during Covid-19.
