National Voter Registration Day
National Voter Registration Day is on 30th April 2025.
To mark the day, Sligo County Council staff will be at County Hall, Riverside, Sligo, from 10 am to 12 noon, and at City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo, from 2 pm to 4 pm to help you get registered ahead of the upcoming presidential election later this year.
The aim of National Voter Registration Day is to facilitate voter registration and to raise awareness of political rights among young people and minority groups.
Come along to see us to get registered. You just need your PPSN, Eircode, date of birth and e-mail address. If you are already registered, call in to check and update your details.
